At ForevGlow, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.Order Processing TimeOrders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.Shipping TimeOnce shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s operational capacity.Shipping MethodsWe work with trusted U.S. carriers including:

Failed Delivery / Incorrect AddressIf a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees. Please double-check your address during checkout.Delayed or Missing PackagesIf your order appears delayed or you did not receive tracking within a reasonable time, contact us at support@forevglow.com and our team will assist immediately.

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.Return WindowYou may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.EligibilityTo be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged).
  • Item must include original packaging and accessories.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” due to hygiene, personal care, or consumable nature cannot be returned (this will be noted on product pages).
How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at support@forevglow.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
Refund ProcessingOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.If approved:
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank.
Incorrect / Damaged ItemsIf you receive a defective or incorrect item:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the product + packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Fees
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
